Import contact updates from Google or Outlook
One of the most time-consuming tasks for brokers is keeping track of client contact information. With Brokeredge's latest update, you can now import contact updates from Google or Outlook into the Brokeredge CRM. This means you don't have to manually update contact information in both systems. To set up the connection, go to My Profile, then scroll down and toggle on the
"Copy Google/Outlook contact updates to Brokeredge". Make sure you have pop-ups enabled as you'll have to authenticate with Google/Outlook if you haven't yet already.
Send client journey emails in English or French
If you have both English and French-speaking clients, Brokeredge CRM now allows you to set up your client journey emails to send only to French or English clients. By default, all emails are set to English, but you can change the setting at the bottom of the Email Details section when configuring your emails.
These new updates to Brokeredge CRM make it even easier for brokers to manage their clients and grow their business. By importing contact updates from Google or Outlook and sending client journey emails in English or French, brokers can save time and provide a more personalized experience for their clients.
