We’re looking for a sharp, entry-level Support & Automation Analyst to help support our users, improve automation rules, and assist in training our internal AI assistant. This is a great opportunity for a recent university graduate with a passion for technology, systems, and problem solving.
About the Role
We're hiring a Support & Automation Analyst to help manage user support, improve our system's automation rules, and assist in training our internal AI assistant. This entry-level, remote position is ideal for a recent Canadian university graduate with strong problem-solving skills, an interest in no-code tools, and a desire to work at the intersection of tech support, automation, and system operations.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve user support questions (technical troubleshooting, setup help, or workflow logic issues)
Improve and maintain automation logic in our no-code platform (Ruly)
Review and clean up automation rules to reduce complexity and errors
Help train our AI agent by testing responses, updating training content, and flagging gaps
Write and update technical documentation and internal support resources
Qualifications
A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Located in Canada and legally eligible to work in Canada
Strong logic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Clear and professional communication (especially in writing)
Interest in no-code tools, automation, or SaaS platforms
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Ruly, Airtable, Zapier, Make.com, Bubble, or other workflow builders
Familiarity with APIs or JSON
Interest in AI tools, GPT-style assistants, or chatbot workflows
What We Offer
